Who We Are
JD99 was built with one clear goal — to be the most trusted, most secure, and most user-friendly online betting platform for Malaysian players. From slots and Live Casino to Sports Betting on badminton and e-sports, we bring everything you need together on a single platform genuinely designed for Malaysians.
JD99 is not a foreign company trying to break into the Malaysian market without understanding local needs. We are a platform built from the ground up with a deep understanding of Malaysian players' lifestyles, preferences, and expectations. We know that Malaysian players don't just want a wide variety of games — they want a platform that's easy to use, payment methods they already use every day, support in the language they're most comfortable with, and the confidence that their money is safe.
JD99 launched in 2019 and has since grown into one of the most recognised names among online betting enthusiasts in Malaysia. That growth didn't happen overnight — it was built through the hard work of earning trust one member at a time, refining the platform based on real player feedback, and consistently putting user experience ahead of short-term gains.
Today, JD99 serves over 250,000 registered members across Malaysia — from Kuala Lumpur and Selangor to Sabah, Sarawak, Johor, Penang, and beyond. Every day, tens of thousands of matches, spins, and Live Casino sessions take place on our platform, and we're proud that our player dissatisfaction rate is among the lowest in the industry across the region.
One of JD99's biggest advantages over other platforms is the variety we offer under one roof. You don't need to sign up across multiple sites for different types of games. At JD99, everything is right here:
Over 300 slot titles from the world's leading providers. From classic 3-reel slots to modern video slots packed with bonus features, multi-billion MYR progressive jackpots, and Asia-themed slots hugely popular among Malaysian players.
A real casino experience from the comfort of your own home. Professional live dealers, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and sic bo tables running 24 hours a day. Real-time interaction, HD video quality, and an atmosphere that closely mirrors a real casino floor.
Up-to-the-minute odds on Malaysian Super League football, EPL, La Liga, BWF badminton, tennis, basketball, and over 30 other sports. In-play markets updated in real time throughout every match.
Markets covering Mobile Legends MPL Malaysia, Dota 2, Valorant, PUBG Mobile, and over 50 other e-sports titles. Plus virtual sports running 24/7 — virtual football, horse racing, and basketball every few minutes without stop.
JD99's mission is straightforward — to be a platform that Malaysian players can trust completely. That trust is built on four core pillars we have upheld since day one:
Security without compromise. Every transaction at JD99 is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, on par with international banking standards. Your personal information is stored securely and never shared with third parties without your consent. We are fully compliant with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.
Provably fair. All slot and casino games on JD99 use an independently audited and certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Our Sports Betting odds are calculated using a transparent methodology. We never manipulate game outcomes — what you see is exactly what happens.
Built for Malaysians. Simple, seamless, and convenient. Deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay. Minimum deposit from as low as RM10. Withdrawals processed in under 3 minutes. Customer support in Bahasa Malaysia and English, 24 hours a day.
Responsible gambling. JD99 believes entertainment should stay entertaining. We provide deposit limits, loss limits, and session time controls for all members. Our responsible gaming programme is designed to keep your experience positive and well within your control.
Among all the betting platforms out there, there are some concrete reasons why more and more Malaysian players are choosing JD99 as their go-to. First, speed. Our platform is optimised for Malaysia's mobile networks — whether you're on Maxis, Celcom, Digi, or U Mobile, JD99 runs smoothly with no lag. Second, withdrawal speed. Many players who've waited hours or even days for withdrawals on other platforms are genuinely surprised to find their money already in their TNG or DuitNow account within 3 minutes at JD99.
Third, promotions that are genuinely worthwhile. A welcome bonus of up to RM888, weekly cashback credited automatically, daily slots rebate of 0.5%, and a 30% Friday reload bonus — all with fair, transparent terms. Fourth, an unmatched variety of games. And fifth, perhaps most importantly — trust. JD99 has served hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players over the years without a single unresolved payment issue. That track record speaks louder than any advertisement.
Contact Us: JD99's customer support team is available 24 hours a day via live chat within the platform and our official email at support@jd99.online. Average response time of under 5 minutes for common enquiries.
Key Advantages

"We started with a simple mission — build a platform we'd actually want to use as players ourselves. Every decision we make today is still guided by that same principle."
