JD99 Terms & Conditions — Malaysia Betting Platform Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "Member") and JD99 ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the jd99.online platform, including all games, services, financial transactions, and communications conducted through the platform.

• JD99 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
• Continued use of the JD99 platform following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
• These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action is pursued.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in full force and effect.

To use the JD99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JD99 does not permit participation by underage individuals under any circumstances. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
• You must register using your own legal name. Registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence.
• You are not currently on any betting platform's self-exclusion list and have never been prohibited by any relevant authority from participating in betting activities.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are solely responsible for all actions carried out through your account.
• Your use of the JD99 platform must not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your place of residence. It is your responsibility to ensure this.

The following terms govern the registration and management of your JD99 account and must be observed by all members:

• Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) active account on JD99. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. False or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended or closed.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your JD99 username and password confidential. JD99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the JD99 support team immediately.
• Transferring your account to another individual or sharing account access with any other party is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
• JD99 reserves the right to verify a player's identity through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process at any time, particularly during the withdrawal process.

All financial transactions on the JD99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms govern your financial activity:

• Accepted deposit methods are: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow Transfer, FPX online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect), GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay. JD99 does not accept foreign payment methods.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for most payment methods. A different minimum deposit may apply for certain promotions.
• Funds deposited must come from a legitimate source and must belong to you personally. JD99 maintains strict detection systems to identify funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account held in the name of the same registered member.
• JD99 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.
• Any attempt to process transactions through unauthorised methods or for fraudulent purposes will result in immediate account closure and appropriate legal action.
• JD99 is not responsible for any delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.

All bonuses and promotions offered by JD99 are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries a rollover requirement (wagering rounds) that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The rollover requirement is clearly stated in each promotional offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion, unless otherwise stated. Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once will be considered fraudulent.
• JD99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if there are signs of abuse, fraud, or a breach of terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another player or exchanged directly for cash without first meeting the applicable rollover requirements.
• Players found to be using low-risk betting strategies solely to fulfil rollover requirements (such as two-way betting on the same sporting event) may forfeit their entitlement to the relevant bonus.
• Welcome bonuses and new member promotions are available exclusively to first-time registrants who have not previously held a JD99 account.

All games and betting markets on JD99 are subject to the following specific rules:

• All slots and casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent auditing body to ensure fairness and true randomness in every game outcome.
• In the event of a technical disruption, the JD99 server result is final and takes precedence over any display that may show a different outcome on the player's client side.
• JD99 reserves the right to void or reject any bet placed based on odds or prices that are clearly erroneous or misleading, and will refund the original stake amount to the player.
• For Sports Betting, match results are determined based on internationally recognised news sources and official results. Results as determined by JD99 are final.
• In the event a match is cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or not completed in its original format, JD99 reserves the right to void the related bets and refund the funds.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any technology that assists in making betting decisions or manipulating game outcomes is strictly prohibited on JD99.

JD99 players are expected to abide by the established code of conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary measures:

• Attempting to bypass, manipulate, or exploit any technical vulnerability or bug within the JD99 system to gain an unfair advantage.
• The use of third-party software, bots, or automated algorithms to place bets or make in-game decisions without genuine human interaction.
• Any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activity conducted through the JD99 platform. We cooperate fully with the relevant authorities in any such investigations.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other players or JD99 staff through any communication channel on the platform.
• Spreading false, misleading, or damaging information about JD99 or other players on the platform.
• Any attempt to obtain the login credentials or personal information of other players by any means, including phishing or social engineering.

• JD99 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time if a breach of any provision of these Terms is found, with or without prior notice.
• Players may request to close their own account at any time by contacting the JD99 support team. Any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met their rollover requirement) will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.
• In cases of serious violations such as fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse, JD99 reserves the right to confiscate all remaining funds in the account without compensation.
• Players whose accounts have been closed due to a violation are not permitted to re-register using the same or a different identity.

• By using the JD99 platform, you consent to the anonymous collection of usage data for the purposes of platform improvement and enhancing user experience.

• The JD99 platform is provided "as is" without any warranty or guarantee, whether express or implied. JD99 does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or viruses at all times.
• JD99 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by players in the course of using the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures or internet connectivity issues.
• Betting involves real financial risk. JD99 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of betting activity. Please ensure you only wager amounts you can afford to lose.
• JD99 is not responsible for any actions, content, or services of third parties that may be linked to or associated with this platform in any way.
• Under no circumstances shall JD99's total liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
